Guild Community Rules

These Guild Community Rules govern the use of the community section within the Random for Genshin application, including posts, comments, replies, polls, images, attachments, links, usernames, avatars, profile elements, and any other forms of user-generated content.

1 General Provisions

1.1. Guild is a user community section of the application intended for communication, seeking help, exchanging opinions, posting images, polls, impressions, jokes, and other content.

1.2. Content in Guild may be related to Genshin Impact and may also include moderate off-topic content, provided that such content does not violate these Rules, does not interfere with other users, and does not create risks to the safety of the community.

1.3. By using Guild, including browsing, posting, commenting, voting, uploading images, editing a profile, or otherwise interacting with community features, the user confirms that they have read these Rules and agree to comply with them.

1.4. If a user does not agree with these Rules, they must refrain from using Guild features.

2 Scope of the Rules

2.1. These Rules apply to all user-generated content and behavior within Guild, including:

  • posts;
  • comments;
  • replies to comments;
  • polls;
  • images and other attachments;
  • links and text insertions;
  • usernames;
  • avatars;
  • profile texts and other account elements displayed in Guild.

2.2. The same requirements apply to all forms of user-generated content regardless of how it is posted.

  • discussions of characters, bosses, domains, chests, builds, events, and other game-related topics;
  • sharing impressions, thoughts, and personal stories;
  • memes, jokes, and entertainment content;
  • polls and discussion of their results;
  • moderate sharing of links to personal Discord servers, Telegram channels, YouTube channels, and other personal communities, provided that such materials do not violate these Rules, are not intrusive, and do not generate justified complaints.

3.2. Permission to post a particular type of content does not mean that any such content will be kept, published without restrictions, or exempt from moderation.

4 Communication Requirements

4.1. Communication in Guild must remain respectful, friendly, and safe for other users.

4.2. Expressing disagreement, discussing different opinions, and engaging in topic-related disputes are allowed, provided that this is not accompanied by insults, aggression, humiliation, provocation, harassment, or any other violation of these Rules.

4.3. Personal attacks, rudeness, gross humiliation of another user, systematic pressure, aggressive behavior, harassment, and attempts to provoke conflict are prohibited.

4.4. Explicit profanity is prohibited. Masked profanity, abbreviations, and other attempts to bypass this restriction are discouraged and may also result in moderation measures.

6 Special Rules for Certain Types of Content

6.1 Humor and Dark Humor

Dark humor is permitted only within the limits of these Rules. Content that is formally presented as a joke but in substance contains insults, cruelty, discrimination, political or sexualized undertones may be removed.

6.2 Off-Topic Content

Off-topic content is allowed within reasonable limits. The administration may restrict or remove off-topic content if it begins to dominate Guild, generates complaints, violates these Rules, or reduces the overall quality of the community.

6.3 Spoilers, Leaks, and Insider Information

Discussion of leaks, insider information, and other materials related to Genshin Impact is permitted, provided that such content does not violate the law, third-party rights, or these Rules. Story spoilers are recommended to be clearly marked so as not to spoil the experience for other users.

6.4 Images and Attachments

All images and other attachments must comply with these Rules. It is prohibited to upload attachments containing prohibited content, hidden calls to violate the Rules, offensive text, shock content, 18+ materials, politics, war-related themes, or any other prohibited materials.

6.5 Polls

Polls are not exempt from these Rules. The wording of questions, answer options, images, and accompanying text must comply with the requirements established for any other user-generated content.

6.6 Comments and Replies

Comments and replies to comments are subject to the same rules as main posts. Reference to context, a joking format, or a response to another person's message does not release a user from responsibility for the content.

6.7 Usernames, Avatars, and Profile

Usernames, avatars, and other profile elements must not contain:

  • profanity;
  • insults;
  • politics;
  • war-related themes;
  • 18+ content;
  • sexual hints;
  • provocations;
  • prohibited images or text.

7 Interactive Map and Third-Party Services

7.1. Guild may use elements of third-party services, including interactive maps, webviews, links, and other external materials.

7.2. Such elements may additionally be subject to the rules, terms of use, and restrictions of the relevant third parties.

7.3. The user is required to comply with the rules of the relevant third-party service when using its features through Guild.

7.4. The developer is not responsible for the availability, content, changes, restrictions, or policies of third-party services.

8 User Responsibility for Content

8.1. The user bears personal responsibility for all content that they post, upload, quote, forward, insert, or otherwise make available in Guild.

8.2. By posting content, the user confirms that:

  • they have the right to publish it;
  • they do not infringe the rights of third parties;
  • they do not post illegal, prohibited, stolen, or confidential material;
  • they do not use Guild for harassment, threats, spam, fraud, manipulation, or circumvention of restrictions.

8.3. The user independently bears the risk of consequences associated with posting content, including third-party complaints, claims by rights holders, and the application of moderation measures.

9 License to User-Generated Content

9.1. By posting content in Guild, the user grants the developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to the purposes of operating the service for the storage, technical processing, reproduction, display, adaptation to the application interface, moderation, restriction of visibility, and removal of such content.

9.2. This license applies to the extent necessary for:

  • the operation of Guild;
  • displaying content to other users;
  • processing complaints;
  • ensuring security;
  • preventing abuse;
  • complying with legal requirements, the requirements of app distribution platforms, and lawful requests from competent authorities.

9.3. Posting content does not obligate the developer to publish it, store it indefinitely, restore it after removal, or ensure its permanent availability.

10 Moderation

10.1. The administration, the developer, and authorized moderators have the right, at their sole discretion, to review user-generated content and user behavior in Guild.

10.2. Moderation may be carried out manually, automatically, or using semi-automated tools.

10.3. The administration has the right, without prior notice, to:

  • hide or remove content;
  • restrict the visibility of posts;
  • disable the ability to post, comment, vote, or upload attachments;
  • restrict or terminate a user's access to Guild in whole or in part;
  • apply urgent measures where there is a risk to users, the application, app distribution platforms, or compliance with the law.

10.4. The absence of an immediate response to a violation does not mean a waiver of the right to take action later.

10.5. The absence of user complaints does not deprive the administration of the right to independently identify a violation and take action.

10.6. The administration is not required to disclose to the user internal moderation tools, risk assessment criteria, details of reviews, internal correspondence, received complaints, technical signals, or the full logic of decision-making.

11 Complaints and Evidence

11.1. Users have the right to submit complaints about content and behavior that, in their opinion, violate these Rules.

11.2. When reviewing disputed situations, the administration has the right to consider:

  • the content of posts, comments, and replies;
  • attachments and images;
  • complaint history;
  • repeated behavior;
  • history of previously applied measures;
  • technical logs;
  • metadata;
  • any other information necessary to protect the community, users, and the service.

11.3. The existence of a complaint does not mean an automatic finding of a violation. A decision is made based on the results of an internal review.

12 Enforcement Measures

12.1. The following measures may be applied for violations of these Rules:

  • removal of content;
  • hiding of content;
  • warning;
  • temporary posting restriction;
  • temporary commenting restriction;
  • temporary restriction of access to certain Guild features;
  • temporary suspension;
  • permanent suspension of access to Guild;
  • other measures necessary to protect the community and the application.

12.2. The type, scope, and duration of a measure are determined by the administration based on the nature of the violation, its severity, repetition, context, and possible risks.

12.3. Serious, repeated, dangerous, or potentially unlawful violations may result in measures being applied without warning.

12.4. Violations related to politics, war, incitement of hatred, 18+ content, sexual propositions, publication of other people's personal data, severe provocations, dangerous behavior, and other substantial threats to community safety may result in immediate suspension.

13 Appeal of Moderation Decisions

13.1. A user has the right to contact support with a request for review of a moderation decision.

13.2. Review is carried out at the discretion of the administration.

13.3. Repeated, abusive, manipulative, or manifestly bad-faith appeals may be left without consideration.

13.4. A decision made after a repeated internal review is considered final within the framework of the service's internal moderation.

14 No Obligation to Store or Restore Content

14.1. The developer is not obligated to:

  • publish any content submitted by a user;
  • store content indefinitely;
  • provide backup storage of user-generated content for the user's benefit;
  • restore removed materials;
  • explain the reasons for each moderation action in full detail.

14.2. Content may become unavailable due to moderation, technical restrictions, complaint handling, platform requirements, legal requirements, anti-spam systems, or other circumstances related to the security and functioning of Guild.

15 Copyright and Rights Holder Complaints

15.1. A user must not post content if they do not have the rights to use it.

15.2. Upon receiving a complaint regarding a possible infringement of copyrights, related rights, trademarks, or other rights, the developer has the right to:

  • temporarily hide the disputed content;
  • remove such content;
  • request explanations or proof of rights from the user;
  • restrict the account in cases of repeated or obvious violations.

15.3. The developer has the right to comply with rights holder requests and other lawful demands related to the protection of intellectual property.

16 Data, Security, and Service Logs

16.1. For the purposes of operating Guild, ensuring security, preventing abuse, processing complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations, the developer may process data related to the use of Guild to the extent provided for in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16.2. As part of such processing, technical logs, action history, metadata, records of moderation measures, and other service records necessary to protect users and the service may be used.

17 No Guarantee of Absence of Undesirable Content

17.1. Despite the existence of the Rules, complaints, and moderation, the developer does not guarantee the complete absence in Guild of undesirable, disputed, erroneous, inaccurate, or violating content.

17.2. The user understands and accepts that Guild is a user-generated content space and that, therefore, certain violations may not be detected and removed immediately.

18 Limitation of Liability

18.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

  • user-generated content posted by third parties;
  • the opinions, advice, comments, jokes, statements, and actions of users;
  • the content and availability of third-party services;
  • the removal, unavailability, restriction of visibility, or loss of user-generated content;
  • the consequences of moderation, security reviews, complaints, temporary restrictions, or suspensions;
  • any indirect, incidental, reputational, or consequential damages related to the use of Guild.

18.2. This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19 Dispute Resolution

19.1. All disputes related to the use of Guild should, where possible, first be resolved by contacting support and through internal review.

19.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and governing law.

20 Changes to the Rules

20.1. The developer has the right at any time to amend, supplement, clarify, shorten, or otherwise update these Rules in whole or in part.

20.2. The current version of the Rules takes effect from the moment it is published, unless otherwise specified separately.

20.3. Continued use of Guild after a new version takes effect means that the user agrees to the updated Rules.

21 Partial Invalidity of Provisions

21.1. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force to the maximum extent permitted.

22 Final Provision

22.1. Use of Guild is permitted only with good-faith compliance with these Rules.

22.2. Any behavior or content not expressly listed in these Rules but which by its nature creates risks for users, threatens the safety of the community, contradicts the age rating of the application, the requirements of app distribution platforms, or the purpose of Guild, may also result in moderation measures.
